Peace, like most things, means different things to people. Some believe it is tied to routine and rather mundane and boring. Some believe it is ‘free from’ everything; you know, free from anxiety, fear, doubt. Some believe it’s akin to depression or apathy.

I believe peace is at the very center of who you are and is content and harmonious. It is beauty and optimism and hope. It is enthusiasm and it lives in every cell of your physical being.

The easiest way to get to peace is through your breath. Once you have mastered that, you will be at peace simply by thinking the thought ‘peace.’ Be at peace. Everything in your life will shift and you will have more clarity, energy, and purpose.
