Our lives are lives in circular motion. We consume and we discard and we consume again. We make friends and watch them leave and make friends again. We rise and we sleep and we rise again. We work and we rest and we work again.
All of these circles contribute to the cycle of our life. While all things come and go and everything comes back around, when we interrupt or change our circles, we inflict discomfort upon ourselves.
All circles evolve into spirals and that requires our evolution, too. Look at the circular motion in your life. Is it evolving? Is it stagnant? Are your resisting, interrupting, or changing it? Prepare and get comfortable with uncertainty and discomfort. Embrace your evolution. It’s what life is and your life is beautiful!
