Take a day to clear the decks of all those nagging little undone things. Hem that pair of trousers, repot that plant, make that appointment, mail that letter, declutter your email, clean out that drawer, make a list of what you need to pick up, update your devices, take out the rubbish… you get the idea.
All those little undone things can be a distraction. They are always at the back of mind and are like pesky little gremlins as they compete for space in our thoughts. Release them. Take care of them. Complete them.
You’ll feel much lighter and brighter once they are no longer on your to-do list. Make a point of doing this once a month and those pesky little gremlins will be happily napping. Clear the decks!
