This requires common sense, not rocket science. It doesn’t have to be hard or complicated. It does have to be practical and sustainable.

Build ease into your routine

We all want to have ease in our lives but we’re so busy complicating them and being unwilling to compromise or change that all we see is challenge.

Choose to make life as easy as you can for yourself.

Here are 10 ways you can fuel your mind and body:

  1. Be willing to be flexible.
  2. Take time to breathe and relax. Build it into your day.
  3. Take time to reflect and write down your thoughts and feelings.
  4. Move your body and you move your mind.
  5. Uplift others and you find yourself uplifted.
  6. Feed your body good, clean, healthy food and water and you will feed your mind, too.
  7. Gluttony is unhealthy. Practice constraint. Take what you need and no more.
  8. Celebrate the small wins and laugh often.
  9. Practice saying, ‘YES!’ to yourself and practice saying, ‘NO!’ too.
  10. Keep a diary or a calendar and fill it with with appointments and tasks that support your wellbeing.
