Live a life of your design.
Take a chance. Design the life you want to live. What does this mean to you? Is it personal or professional, family and friends, financial, spiritual, health and wellbeing, or leisure?
What will that include?
When you choose, you lose. This means that with every choice, you lose something. It is usually because choices are either/or instead of both/and.
Perhaps you can consider switching your choices to include both/and where appropriate. Does this equate to a win: win? Not necessarily. Less can be more.
What will you release to make room for something else?
Unless you are able to harness infinite energy, space, and time, when you choose something else, something has to be released to make room for it.
If you choose work, then something gets replaced like rest, leisure, or family. The if/then choice is much like the either/or choice above.
When you choose work, there may also be an opportunity to involve family, make it what you love to do, and incorporate rest within it. The when/include choice is much like the both/and choice above.
Again, this is not necessarily a win: win. Less can be more.
It’s all your choice.
It’s all up to you. Decide. Take action. Bring your design to life!
