Make peace with yourself.

In our human form, we are all imperfect. We all have flaws and foibles. These imperfections make each of us view the world differently.

We are perfect in our imperfections.

Every aspect, every minute detail makes us who we are and there is no one exactly like us. In that way, we are unique. In our perfect imperfections, we are all the same. One day is not the same as the next as we are always changing.

Clear the clutter.

Clear the clutter in your mind, thoughts, and emotions and make peace with yourself. Everything is temporary.

Our mind clutter is there only because we attach importance to what we believe we must, at all costs, continue to bring to our attention.

Our thought clutter is there because we decide one thought is more important than another and we give it significance. We we attach to it, it becomes one of those ‘voices’ in our head on repeat, cycling over and over again. Label it as insignificant and release it with love.

Our emotion clutter is there because we feel we must hang on to the hurt, anger, pain, sorrow, joy, etc. and fear if we do not, we will forget. The more we hang on to emotions, the more toxic they become. Everything comes back our way to experience again and again.

Life is a temporary existence and our mind, thoughts, and emotions are temporary visitors in our experience.

Begin every day with a beginner’s mind.

Open your heart. Open your senses. Let everything be what it is in the moment and let it go in the next. Be willing to witness wonder.
