Overwhelm is a form of resistance. While there are many ways resistance takes form, this one tends to be overlooked. We tend to look at overwhelm as external to us, put upon us by things seemingly outside of our control. And yet, overwhelm is a pattern of little steps that you choose over time that converge all at once. This convergence is prompted by something we initiate that seems to be the tipping point to all of it.

Let’s place this in the context of resistance. Resistance is an interference pattern. It is there to remind us that we need to realign with our greater purpose. All these ‘things’ that contribute to our overwhelm need to be experienced, transformed, and brought into alignment with the essence of our true self. Feel the friction of the resistance. Immerse in the overwhelm and grab some order from the chaos. The more you practice this, the easier it gets. Keep going. Be a tool of transformation for spirit.
