You’ve identified where you may face a crisis of integration, you’ve put in place the 4Ps from yesterday’s post, and it’s time to give yourself room to perfect with practice.

We all face a crisis of integration from time-to-time. When we anticipate it, plan for it, and learn what we can from it, we can perfect it so that our time spent in withdrawal from it is less and less. We become more resilient because we have taken the time to make the identification, prepare, plan, pursue, progress, and with practice, we will be able to see clearly what we could do differently the next time and what worked well for us.

Take some time with this. Utilize it. It is a great tool to help you balance your thoughts and emotions. Be a witness to yourself and your process. Perfect it with practice.
