Prepare for change so you can move forward quickly with ease and grace. Introspection is needed. There are many layers to this. For instance, look around you. What is it that you absolutely need to take with you if you had to leave your house in two minutes? Put it all in one bag or make it easily available and accessible to throw into a bag.
Another layer is about your internal world. What thoughts, beliefs, ideas, stories, etc. do you absolutely need to feel secure? Question all of them. If they will prepare you for change, then store them all neatly in one file of your brain and discard the rest.
What about your decision making? If you are an indecisive person, now is the time to practice trusting your first thought, instinct, or intuitive nudge so you can prepare for change. Overthinking a decision wastes time and energy. Trust your instincts and your intuition. Take action. You never know if a decision is a ‘right’ decision until you take action. You can always make another decision to course correct.
In what way do you prepare for change? Make it more effective. Question everything and only keep what is essential. Release the rest.
