Prepare before a crisis ensues. Plan everything you can. Pursue what you need to fill gaps. Progress with flexibility.
When it comes to crisis management, the 4Ps above will help you mitigate or minimize any issues that may arise.
Before you intentionally change something physically or mentally (see my previous post), go through the 4Ps.
Prepare from a place that is in alignment and connected with your higher self.
Plan every step of the change as you see it or know it and include potential obstacles. Where might you have to stop to prepare once more. Once you’ve planned what you can,
Pursue what you need to fill the gaps. Is there equipment you need for a physical change. Is there a skill you need? Prepare again if needed. Once you get through the first three,
Progress with flexibility. Be willing to be flexible as you go. Repeat the steps as needed. You will find that your crisis management will improve and the integration of any intended changes will be filled with ease and grace.
