What does it mean to take a higher perspective? Is it a bird’s eye view of a situation?
For me, it means a more generalist position. It shows you the big picture, not the finer details. It is a broad vision of a situation or plan or circumstance. It is going through your minutes and days never really noticing the micro details of your universe.
While this is great for certain things, to maintain balance and to be well-informed, it’s important to remember to stop occasionally, breathe deeply, and adopt the more specialist view of putting it all under a microscope so you can see the way everything is working together for your highest good.
Will you ever be able to see it, witness it, or take it all in? Most likely, not. Remember, we see what we want to see, hear what we want to hear, and experience what we want to experience. Everything comes in its own time, when we are ready to receive it. Take a higher perspective. Be ready and willing to receive.
