What you consume, consumes you. From watching, reading, listening, eating, drinking and resting, it all consumes you. It all leads to ease or dis-ease. It all impacts your energetic body and your mental and emotional state. What are you consuming?
Whatever you may be consuming, make sure it is the very best it can be for you. If it is media, is it uplifting, encouraging, solution-focused, and helpful? If it is food and drink, is it natural and as pure as possible – free from pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, and hormones? If it is rest, is it in a quiet, cool, and dark place free from noise, clutter, and electronics?
