What’s your weather? It’s a great question. Because the weather is so changeable and temporary, it’s important to ask yourself, ‘What am I feeling today?’ Feelings are temporary, unless you hang onto them and make them more permanent.
The great news is that even in the depths of despair or anger or anxiety or depression, you get to choose every minute to change your weather. Feel the feeling. Identify it. Acknowledge it. Then ask, ‘Is this serving me? Am I willing to choose differently?’
While it’s easy to succumb to the general tone of everyone and every situation around you, you can still choose. It can be stormy outside. You can choose beautiful weather on the inside. What will you choose?
